can't the doxygen be updated to the new 0.35.2 api?

Nope.  It is all unstable until we hit 1.0 ;-) Unstable in the sense
that the API is unstable.  Each release should be in theory more stable
than the last.  

I will look at generating the docs and get them up there soon.  Most of
the docs remain the same with the exception of the GLib stuff and new
SELinux context API addition.  Not sure if they need to be added to some
template file or not.
