Looks good to me with the following two minor changes: 

 1. rename _dbus_check_dir_is_private to
    _dbus_check_dir_is_private_to_user as Havoc suggested.
   (people may be confused who the dir is private to, e.g. the
    user)

 2. Change "Keyring directory is world readable/writable" to
    "Keyring directory is not private to the user" (as
    group readable/writable is not world readable/writable)
