ANNOUNCE: D-Bus 0.34 - On the Road to One Point Oh release

I am new to the DBus project and had a question.

While experimenting with DBus, I came across a few minor bugs that had
already submitted to bugzilla along with patches that fixed them. But,
these fixes were not in the latest .34  release.  How/when are the
fixes for bugs in bugzilla considered for a release?
