dbus-userdb(-util).c has inaccurate/not very informative debug messages

Parts of the dbus uid/gid lookup code has inaccurate messages with 
DBUS_VERBOSE switched on - e.g. saying "No cache for UID 4294967295" 
(the unset uid value) rather than the correct uid value. It's a minor, 
but occasionally annoying thing. I've attached a patch to fix this, and 
I've also reported it as 
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2646 and 
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=297497
