Async DBusMessage reads using the C API

It must be approved by someone who has rights to approve patches and
must come with a test case for regression testing.  Once Havoc gives his
thumbs up I can put it in the queue to be committed.  Since it is fairly
non-intrusive I can most likely get it in as soon as it is approved.
