DBus version reverted in CVS

Hi,

It appears that the patch to add the Qt4 bindings did more than
expected:

http://cvs.freedesktop.org/dbus/dbus/configure.in?r1=1.130&r2=1.131

Glib checks changed, Python checks changed, and the version number was
changed back to 0.37...

Obviously the version number should be changed back to 0.51, but should
the other checks be reverted to?
