The concept (iirc) is that under the cygwin "root" there is /etc/passwd
and /etc/group, which has Window SIDs in the GECOS fields. This is used
to map from SIDs to UID/GIDs. Now considering a native Windows DBus
wont be using /etc/passwd, this is not useful.
