solaris /dev/console patch

Solaris does not (yet) have virtual consoles [1], there's always only 
one console. The ownership is changed when you login, and changed back 
when you log out. The guys working on virtual consoles will have to 
decide what's the best thing to do.

[1] Well, it used to, but they were removed many years ago for reasons 
that are beyond me.
