The test rig is now in git, check out dbus-test as normal.

I've also done some website reorganising, symlinking all the old files
(we probably don't need _all_ the old dbus tarballs symlinked, but I've
done it for now). The wiki has been updated to match.

I've put the java binding docs up, and the low level tutorial, and I've
moved the doxygen stuff into the dbus subdir. That presumably still has
the glib API too, which should be split out to the glib subdir. I've
left a lot of the rest of the docs in the root, the overview and specs
can probably stay there, for example.
