New Java bindings release, and native Java implementation

Firstly, I've released version 1.13 of the Java bindings, which contains
a few small fixes. Tarball and changelog available from
http://dbus.freedesktop.org/releases/dbus-java/ as normal.

Secondly, I have now have a complete re-implementation of the protocol
natively in Java which has already yielded a 10k drop in library size
(not including removing the libdbus-1 dependency) and a 2x-4x speed
increase. This will form a 2.0 release when I finish documenting the
changes (I also took the opportunity to make some small API changes).
This can be found in the native-wire branch of the git repo or as a
tarball: http://mjj29.matthew.ath.cx/libdbus-java-2.0.tar.gz. I haven't
yet updated the information you need to build it, but you will need my
debug and unix socket library from:
http://www.matthew.ath.cx/projects/java/ (which also needs some
documentation work).
