You have to have all the arguments up front, compute the signature and
the lengths, then you could do it I think.

It's almost certainly not worth the trouble (which is why I haven't done
it) but I'm just noting that it's hypothetically possible ;-)

If you did a really static-oriented binding, you'd have the signature at
compile time...
