[patch] fix dbus-binding-tool to use GPtrArrays for arrays of non-fixed elements

Currently bindings generated by dbus-binding-tool will segfault if
arrays of structs or arrays of dicts are attempted to be used.
This patch adds knowledge about GPtrArray to dbus-binding-tool.
Its not the cleanest, but the code that its patching isn't the cleanest
either....
