At the moment, there is a "system" bus, which runs once per machine, and
a "session" bus which runs every time you log in. There is no concept of
a "user" bus which is shared between multiple logins of the same user
(although I believe this is a serious omission - debate continues as to
whether there should be - see previous threads on the subject).
