The comment is just copied out of the libtool docs iirc. What is the 
resulting soname?

On my FC5 I have libdbus-1.so.2.0.0, and the CVS build is 3.2.0.
IIRC you had done the 2->3 bump already and it is in FC6. So this change 
is causing 3.0.0 to 3.2.0. Are you sure that causes a problem?
