Pascal bindings for dbus

Hello,

Please add to the Bindings page on the wiki a reference that there are
Pascal bindings underconstruction, and link that to this website:

http://www.freepascal.org/wiki/index.php/FPC_and_DBus

We already have working code on subversion, but no releases yet.

I would edit the Wiki myself, but I couldn't find a place to create an account.
