[patch] Add --introspect switch to dbus-daemon

Here is a patch which allows you to call dbus-daemon --introspect in
order to get a printout of the introspect data and exit.

The question now is do we want to add this to the build to generate an
xml file or do we simply want bindings who need it to simply invoke the
bus with this switch themselves?
