True enough...  I wrote the tutorial for libpqxx (that's the C++ API to
postgres) in Docbook, and I don't enjoy maintaining it.

Also, I feel more for extending the Introduction to cover the essentials
of the Tutorial than for trying to merge the two somehow.

I think I'll move the page though, so it doesn't interfere with our own
project's documentation.
