Out of Memory Error and pending != NULL

Not attempting to hijack this thread, but since I read the Out of Memory 
Error, I thought it was something else, that also gives the same (or 
similar message)

If you have an empty file in /etc/dbus-1/system.d/ such as foo.conf
then when you restart or attempt to start the dbus daemon, it will Error 
saying it is out of memory.

(To replicate, simply sudo touch /etc/dbus-1/system.d/foo.conf and then 
attempt to restart/start the dbus daemon)
