[patch][python] Add object_path, bus_name, requested_bus_name properties to ProxyObject

This patch allows some of the Telepathy Python examples to use only
public API. J5, thoughts?

(and while you're there: if I implemented ProxyObject.unique_bus_name,
which is currently commented out, would you be happy with that too?)
