win32libs link broken for Windows D-Bus compile

Christian,

I'm lost here. I think minimally you need libxml2 or libexpat to parse
the config file right? Unless a new parser has been added using MSXML?

Patrick, don't be bothered by the output of cmake as far as it does
not fail. Nanosleep is not required to compile the code.
