Dbus error

Hi all,
   
  I m a newbie to dbus.I m just trying to run a simple application using dbus consisting of a client and a server.But i am getting an error when trying to run the server.
   
  could not get connection:Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-E5e7HSL connection refused

  Any idea why this error is coming and how to remove this error.
