Session dbus-daemons not killed after logout

What version of dbus?  Does the problem happen with the version of
dbus in fc6-updates?

I think fc6 shipped with 0.93 or 0.94.  There was a bug around that
time that caused dbus-launch to crash.  I mentioned it here:

(as sort of a side bug to the one I was looking at)
But Thiago had already fixed it in CVS before I sent my mail, so there
is probably earlier discussion on list about it, too.

I have no idea if that's the bug you're hitting, but it would have
similiar symptoms.
