[patch] make dbus-monitor "classic output" and other dbus-print-message users print the reply serials on replies

It looks fine, there just hasn't been anyone actively merging small 
fixes. It is fine for anyone to commit this. Be sure the patch is in 
bugzilla so it doesn't get permanently lost, even if it is slow to 
arrive... a bunch of patches are outstanding, many of them small, plus 
some larger tasks that should probably be worked on (the dbus-send thing 
Kimmo just mentioned for example, fixing up dbus-launch, win32 port, 
system bus activation...). Anyway, we just need someone with a block of 
time.
