[patch] Alter default session.conf to allow eavesdropping of non-requested replies

Hi,

with current dbus CVS head one cannot see the method returns and errors
in eg. dbus-monitor, since the bus daemon considers providing
dbus-monitor with the said replies to be non-requested, because
dbus-monitor didn't make the original call. This patch alters the
default session bus configuration so that eavesdropping of method
returns and errors is possible.
