DBusRemote status

Hi,

I am curious about current status about D-Bus remote support, is there 
any updates other than the wiki page[1]?

JXTA-C[2] project is C binding for JXTA protocols[3,4]. JXTA protocols 
supports NAT traversal and provides security mechanisms. I am wondering 
if a proxy daemon approach based on JXTA could be interesting.
