[patch] [python] Enable the creation of proxy objects without introspecting the remote objects

Hi,

this patch adds an optional keyword to bus.get_object() and
bus.get_object_by_unique_name() so one can create a proxy object
without introspecting the remote object. This is necessary so we can
workaround buggy services, otherwise a call to bus.get_object() stalls
the program until the timeout expires.
