How to enable Tracebacks?

Backtraces only work on Linux - if Solaris has a comparable feature, 
then someone could write a patch to add Solaris support, but right now 
there isn't.

I seem to remember a thread on this list about the error you mentioned, 
but I don't remember the outcome.
