usage of getpid

At one point I was planning to kill _dbus_getpid() from sysdeps.h and 
move it to sysdeps-unix.h, then decided to do it later. This particular 
code is unix-specific.

I'll check a fix in to cvs that goes back to _dbus_getpid for now and 
also fixes the test to test the appropriate behavior if #ifdef DBUS_WIN.
