To clarify: the Bluez daemons run if, and only if, you have Bluetooth
hardware installed. E.g. plug in a BT dongle, the daemon starts, yank it
out and the daemon is stopped (similar when unloading/loading the kernel
driver). Simple as that and, I believe, the experience we want, yes?
