Your output has:
int __attribute__((__cdecl__)) _pipe (int __fildes[2], 4096, _O_BINARY);

But you *still* have not pasted your sys/unistd.h line 108. I have no idea 
what can cause the above expansion, so I am wondering if your header 
isn't simply corrupt.

This is not a D-Bus problem. Please fix your system headers.
