DBUS_LAUNCH error

HI all
       Till now i have figured out that first we have to create
dbus,and then start.

I gave command   :" dbus-deamon-1  with the session configure file path...and it goes in a infinite loop ,,i have assumed that the session bus is started ..

dbus-launch   for stsrting the bus :
When i type Dbus-launch it gives me following error

Failed to start message bus: Failed to open "/etc/selinux/targeted/contexts/dbus_contexts": No such file or directory
EOF in dbus-launch reading address from bus daemon

there is no file in this directory ...Where should i get this file,,and what resides in this file..I am very curious..
