Hal with dbus

hi
i want developpe a programme that comminucate with hal using dbus.
(dbus service does not apper in the liste in dbus-viewer but apper in the list with KDBUS!!!).
this program is very simple :D i just want to detect a usb disk when it's mounted in my computer.
and i want know if there is a differance betwen differents usb ports??
i mean there is a difference between mount the usb in first or second port for exemple??
any code source are welcome of course :D
