Get the PID of a service

Hi,

There is a GetConnectionUnixProcessID(), see the array message_handlers in
http://webcvs.freedesktop.org/dbus/dbus/bus/driver.c?view=markup

It should be in the spec, of course. It would be good to
comprehensively be sure that whole array of methods is in the spec.
