How can i use DBusWatch struct

Can any one of u Bdus experts help me as in which files to install on my red 
hat 4,,so that i can run DBUS C api applications..

I want to the main page Do i have to install the latest release,,,or i need 
to install further the Glib patch or bindings...

Please help
