dbus-glib build error

Hi,
When I try to build dbus-glib-0.74, it gives me the error while configure,
saying "expat library not found". Even I tried with --with-xml=libxml.
But where as dbus-glib-0.72 does not give any error.

Does the new version needs the expat library?
