Yep, the value should be permanent for the period of execution. 
If possible, restart the D-Bus seervice and check it again.

That's expected. It's a random value but should be permanent for the duration of the execution of any D-Bus daemon in the device.

In the interest of privacy, I'd suggest generating it at every boot.
