How to become an official D-BUS binding?

Hi,

as maybe some of you know, I released a really basic D-BUS binding for 
client-side features written in PHP. Now I'm wondering what needs to be 
done / added to become some kind of "official third party" implementation?

Are there any particular requirements or features that must exist? 
Furthermore is there some kind of test-suite that must be passed to be 
sure that an implementation contains no errors?

Any help or information would be appreciated.
