Patch: inotify monitor being too agressive

Looks good here also.  One of you two has commit right correct?  Can you
make a ChangeLog entry, also add the dbus_verbose typo into that
ChangeLog ;-) and then commit and push?   I had noticed that awhile back
but forgot to patch it since it was minor.
