Have you considered using something like Armed Bear Common Lisp (
http://armedbear.org/abcl.html) ?
Then you wouldn't need to write any bindings at all, you could just reuse
the existing DBus-Java bindings: http://dbus.freedesktop.org/doc/dbus-java/
