Is it possible to send signal to specific dbus address

Hi, Dear developers
I have a question regarding to signal sending.
I want to send a signal to a specific process, so that other processes wouldn't be wake up.

I can track the sender id after a process firstly connect to my dbus server, then is it possible to JUST send signal to that SPECIFIC process?
