dbus-1.2.12 Cross Compile

hi

I m trying to compile dbus-1.2.12 for arm-linux using arm-linux-4.3.3
toolchain installed in my pc.
I m executing ./configure --host=arm-linux
--prefix=/usr/cross/arm-linux-4.3.3 --disable-abstract-sockets to
configure

which configuring it shows an error that expat.h not found
There is expat.h file in both my /usr/include as well as
/usr/cross/arm-linux-4.3.3/include folder.

am I doing wrong? Kindly guide me about how to cross compile dbus for arm?
