Could anyone explain the relation between DBusWatch and DBusTimout ?

Hi,
I'm a newbie, so please kindly help me through the confusion. I know how the DBusWatch works, but I really know little about DBusTimeout. When would the new  "timeout" be added to the list ? where does this new "timeout" come from ? And what does the timeout_handler do to the timeouts in the list ? And the relation with DBusWatch ? I'm eager to know the answer !
