Can we increase dbus speed(data transfer speed)

Yes, by optimising the D-Bus library and daemon.

You can start by disabling the validity checks that are built-in. If you trust 
your senders, you don't need to validate, so you should get some bandwidth. 
But besides that, you'll need to dig into the code and work on it.
