1.4 release

Hi,

We are planning to change some of our interfaces in BlueZ to use fd
passing, but it seems that the only tagged release with the necessary
changes is the 1.3.0 which according to the wiki page is considered
'unstable', we will probably depend on 1.3.0 or newer but that might
cause BlueZ itself to be considered unstable.

So is there any plan for a new 'stable' release? 1.3.0 was tagged on
2009-07-29, so about six months ago.
