No, master is unaffected.

ATTENTION EVERYONE:

dbus-1.2 is now back at 82a77d6acb0b484a0f21180ad6b8a9b879a54197. Please 
ensure that all your repositories rewind as well.

For all your dbus-1.2 branches, check that configure.in says version 1.2.25. If 
you see 1.3.1, you need to delete that branch.
