GVariant has G_VARIANT_CLASS_HANDLE, 'h' as well as
G_VARIANT_CLASS_MAYBE, 'm'.

Notably GDBus also has g_dbus_message_get_unix_fd_list and
g_dbus_message_set_unix_fd_list.
