State of Managed DBus and Reference DBus interoperability

Hi,
Can someone update me on the state of interoperability between Managed DBus
(NDesk) and the C reference implementation? Specifically, can I use the
reference implementation bindings when using managed dbus? And is that
answer true across both windows and linux?

As a side question, if I want to use Managed DBus on windows, what are my
options with respect to having native (C/C++) bindings?
