[HEADS-UP] D-Bus 1.4.0 by the end of this week!

There are a lot of distributions waiting for D-Bus 1.4, especially due to the 
threading fixes and file descriptor passing.

KRunner is close to unusable with D-Bus 1.2.x because it crashes often. 
Backporting the fix is risky because of the change in behaviour.
