d-bus for windows

Do you mean that how soon will the d-bus is ready for Windows?
 
I know that we could create the libraries of QtDBus for Windows by compiling winDBus.  Then we could use dbus in Qt on Windows.  
 
I think that Maybe we could use winDBus in other language by the same way.
