autolaunch:exit_on_last_disconnect=1?

It would be nice if an "autolaunch:" dbus-daemon could be convinced to 
exit when the last client disconnects.

The lingering dbus-daemon is a problem as it causes it-departments to 
wonder and send queries and it is also a bit of a problem in relation to 
software updates or uninstalls (msi-based) which cannot update/delete 
the file dbus-daemon.exe, because it is in use.

What would be the downside to making this behaviour the default?
